TEC designed a new private pier for a customer on Peaks Island in Casco Bay Maine. The design called for a 230ft long pier, 40ft aluminum gangway, and 50ft long float system. The project also incorporated a landing with timber and granite stairs to access the property’s shorefront. The pier was designed with all wood elements to match adjacent structures. The pier was designed with an elevated deck height to mitigate the risks of sea level rise, and storm activity. TEC provided design, permitting, estimating, and construction phase services for the project.
